Now, we bring you the next major update - an upgraded PCB Assembly (PCBA) quotation system and engineering review service.

Helping You Inspect Issues: Our Free DFA Engineer Service

We understand that the complexity of PCB assembly is much greater than plain PCB manufacture, and the process is much more cumbersome. For this, we have launched the free Design for Assembly (DFA) engineer review service, aiming to find and solve problems as early as possible, avoiding lengthy delays later in production.

With DFA review, an engineer goes through your production documents looking for potential errors, including mismatched footprints, insufficient spacing and  BOM inconsistencies and optimizes panel design to avoid issues that may adversely affect assembly. These problems could cause major delays in production and incur additional expenses. With DFA review, we resolve these problems with you at the earliest stage where they have the least impact.

Introducing the New PCBA Quotation System

We are delighted to announce that we have updated our PCBA quotation system on May 18th for quicker and simpler quotations. By syncing prices from suppliers such as Digikey, Mouser, and HQ Online, we are able to provide complete turnkey PCB Assembly quotations, including parts and assembly fees in seconds as opposed to hours. 

Comparison of Old and New Quotation Systems

Compared with the old quotation system, the new quotation system has the following significant advantages:

Significantly Faster Quotations: The new PCBA quotation system can complete quotations in just a few seconds, whereas the old quotation system usually takes about 6 hours.

File type: The new PCBA quotation page only needs BOM and coordinate files to provide complete quotations. The quotation process uses the Manufacturer Part Number in the BOM and matches it with component distributors around the world to provide live at-market prices. 

Price transparency: On the new PCBA quotation page, we have added a more detailed cost breakdown, including setup cost, material cost, assembly cost, BOM material cost, and operation fees. In this way, you can understand the composition of each cost more clearly.
