What if my board has quality issues or other problems?

Please send the photos of the defective board (high resolution required) to support@nextpcb.com for after-sales service.

Once it got confirmed that the problem with the board is caused by us, we will re-manufacture the board.

Due to the specialty of customized products, we usually will only manufacture PCB according to the customer’s documents. We are not responsible for finding the problems in the PCB file. If our PCB engineers find some problems in the PCB file, we may contact you to confirm and modify them. However, if our PCB engineer does not find the problem in your PCB file, then we will not notify you. For that reason, you'd better check the file carefully before uploading it.
