Why the RFM69HCW?

The RFM69HCW is a high-performance, low-power RF transceiver operating in 315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz, and 915MHz ISM bands. Designed for long-range, low-power applications, it offers:

  • Long-Range & High Sensitivity: Up to +20dBm (100mW) transmit power and 120dBm sensitivity (at 1.2kbps) for reliable communication in noisy environments.
  • Ultra-Low Power Consumption: 16mA in receive mode, 100nA in sleep mode—perfect for battery-powered sensors.
  • Secure & Scalable Networking: AES-128 encryption for secure data transmission and supports 256 networks, each with 255 nodes, enabling large-scale IoT deployments.
  • Flexible & Programmable: Adjustable data rates (up to 300kbps) and output power (-18dBm to +20dBm) and supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, and OOK modulation.
