How the No Touch Process Works
The workflow is fully automated from upload to order confirmation.
Step 1: Upload Gerber files. Step 2: Instant DFM review.
Step 3: Upload BOM file. Step 4: Instant DFA review.
Step 5: Receive final locked quotation.
The platform automatically performs DFM and DFA checks, matches BOM lines to in-stock
HQ Online parts, and generates a final price. No engineer emails, no surprises,
no additional charges. Boards are produced exactly as submitted.
Powered by NextPCB's award-winning HQDFM technology, which checks for via-in-pad issues,
pad size problems, overhanging components, insufficient spacing, incorrect land patterns,
and other IPC-relevant fabrication and assembly risks.

Rev 0 PCBA vs Standard Turnkey PCBA
Rev 0 PCBA is a speed-optimized, fully automated workflow using only in-stock HQ Online parts,
instant automated DFM/DFA, and locked-in pricing. It is ideal for experienced engineers who
want rapid prototypes without back-and-forth engineering review. Boards are produced exactly
as uploaded.
NextPCB's standard turnkey PCBA offers full-flexibility manufacturing with in-depth engineering
review, broader material and process options, full component sourcing (including customer-supplied
or globally sourced parts), and hands-on engineering support. Choose standard PCBA for special
requirements, engineering support, or volume production.
